Forest is the area for plants to grow and as resident for many kinds animal. The plants that produce oxygen (O2) and neutralize the carbon dioxide (CO2) clean the air in the forest. On the other hand, forest play important role in climate, and preservation of land and water. Sometimes, activities to develop an area create “forest tragedy” where the plant is logged uncontrollably. This situation leads to disasters like flood or landslide.  More disasters happen all around the world give signal that informs forest is in danger.
Mathematical model is a description to a phenomenon using mathematical rules and language. This article discusses a mathematical model for forest salvation. The model focuses on declining of resources that depend on human density and the growth of industrialization. The model is in form of system of differential equation. The equilibrium of model is analyzed and the interpretation of the solution is resulted.
