This paper against the background by physical characteristics are very concerned with the concept and process of discovery of physics concepts. Therefore, pembelajran physicsmust involve students as much as possible, so that students are more interested inlearning. Study results can be ditingakatkan physics. One approach to learning that seekto maximize student involvement is the approach to skills and processes needed setting jigsaw. This paper aims to medeskripsikan influence the application of process skills approach in setting the jigsaw of the attitudes of students  in class X  SMAN 3 Padang.

This paper was written based on pre-experimental research, with a randomized control group design only design, done in SMA N 3 Padang in 2008. The population in this study is the class X SMAN 3 Padang  registered in school year 2007/2008. Selection ofthe sample using random sampling techniques pruposive, so the selected class as a classexperiment X5 and X6 as a control class. Techniques of data analysis using descriptivestatistical analysis.

From the analysis of data obtained: experimental class students' attitudes better than thecontrol class. Thus concluded there is a positive influence on the application of process skills approach in setting the jigsaw of the attitudes of students in class X SMAN 3 Padang on psychomotor domains ".
